Payment Terms Available:
Promo Only provides four options for ourcustomer to pay for an order:
1, Pre Pay In Full: (order amount less thanUS$2,000 applied)
2, 50% down payment and 50% balance paid before shipping from country of origin (order amount US$2,000-10,000 applied)
3, 30% down payment and 70% balance paid before shipping from country of origin (order amount more than US$10,000 applied)
4, Net 30 (ONLY for established partner companies with business cooperation contract signed)
The final payment term for an order is subject to the quote from our sourcing specialists. Generally we request to pre pay in full when you place an order. A down payment for an order of a new client is a MUST to avoid any unexpected cancelation on client's end. If you're our signed partnercompanies, the payment term will be subject to the signed contract. We canoffer NET 30 credit term for the clients with good credit. If you need this credit, please email at info@promoonlyus.com to do application.
Payment Methods and Instructions:
We accept payment by ACH / Bank WireTransfer, Check, PayPal and Credit Card.
> If you prefer to send the payment by bank wire or ACH, our bank infoand account info will be kept at the end page of the proforma invoices.
> For saving bank fees and PayPal fees, we strongly suggest ourclients to cut a paper check to pay for your orders.
> To avoid online fraud, we do not accept payments with amount over US$3000 by Paypal or Credit Card. All payments up to US$3000 or above are requested to be paid by ACH / bank wires or a signed check.
To avoid production delay or shipping delay, DO PLEASE SEND A COPY OF THE CHECK to your sourcing specialist by emailor fax before you put it into an envelope and send a tracking# when available. We can start production for an order or release for shipping as soon as wereceive your copy / e-proof of the payment.

l If you need to pay by PayPal, you can log in your PayPal account onwww.paypal.com and click "send money" tab to pay to our PayPalaccount "payment@promoonlyus.com". There will be 4% PayPal feesapplied on the total order amount when you choose to pay by PayPal.
l If you want to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card, please follow the CreditCard Payment Instructions below. We accept credit card payment by PayPalcompany, so there will be 2.9% fees applied on the total order amount when youchoose to pay by CC.

If you prefer to pay online directly on our website, please follow below 3 steps:
Step 1: Find the payment buttons at the bottom of our website page.
> If you are paying for samples, you can click "Request Samples" and choose the amount from the drop down menu. Or you can also click "Pay Online" and follow below.
> If you are paying for an order, you can click "Pay Online", and then fill your personal sourcing specialist name, PI#, PO#, the amount and other descriptions to move forward.
Step 2: Choose "Log In" (if you already have a PayPal account) or click "Pay with Debit / Credit Card" to continue.
Step 3: If you would log in your Paypal acount, please follow you own way. If you prefer to pay Credit / Debit card, please fill the card information and click "Pay Now" button to continue. You will turn to a confirmation page when you complete the payment.
If you want our accounting team to send you a link or an online invoice by email, please follow below 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Our account manager will send you a payment request to your email and you will receive an email like below. Click the "Pay Now" button to continue.
Step 2: You will see your invoice information shown on a new window asfollows. Click "Continue" button to move forward to next step.
Step 3: Choose to pay by PayPal account or by Credit / Debit Card on a new window as below. If you prefer to pay Credit / Debit card, please fill the card information andclick "Review and Continue" button to continue. Sometimes if youcould not find where to fill your card information, please click "Pay witha credit or debit card or PayPal Credit" button.
Step 4: Pleasereview your information on a new page as below and click "Pay Now" tofinish the payment. PLEASE NOTE in case of wrong delivery, we will ship yourorder as per the shipping address on the PO rather than the address you fillhere.
Step 5: After you click "Pay Now" button above, you will turn to a new page showing the payment is completed successfully!
